Manchester Mushroom Farm is a specialty mushroom farm in Manchester, Maryland, growing premium gourmet mushrooms year-round for restaurants, farmers markets, and local retailers throughout Maryland and Washington, D.C. We cultivate a wide variety of fresh mushrooms, including lion's mane, oyster mushrooms, shiitake, maitake, pioppino, and chestnut mushrooms, using sustainable growing practices and a commitment to exceptional quality. Every mushroom is harvested by hand and delivered fresh, often within a day of harvest, to ensure the best flavor, texture, and shelf life.
