Refund Policy

We always aim to provide you with the best quality produce possible and fulfill all items ordered. If you are not happy with the quality of an item you received or are missing an item in your order we are happy to either credit, refund or replace the item for you. Please email support@moonvalleyfarm.net to communicate any problems with your order.

All orders submitted must be paid for; refunds are not available if you forget to pick up your order at a pick up location or do not pick it up during the designated pick up hours due to our food safety policy.
