Keepwell Vinegar

We are two former pastry chefs who decided to start pushing sugar in a different way, having worked in the food and fermentation industry together for the last 14 years.

Keepwell Vinegar and White Rose miso are made with ingredients sourced directly from growers in the mid-Atlantic.  All of our ingredients come from growers we have maintained relationships with for many years and who share the same common goal of promoting local ingredients and thoughtful land stewardship.  Many of our products are made using fruit or vegetable "seconds" to close open loops in food waste/ loss.  We are constantly refining our process to lower our energy/ electric/ plastic/ waste stream as best we can.
